We provide service across San Diego County, as well as transportation to and from the surrounding region. For inquiries that include areas outside of San Diego, such as Orange County, Los Angeles, or Temecula, please reach out to us via email at booking.windansea@gmail.com. We also provide transportation to the U.S.-Mexico border at the land crossing as well as Cross Border Express for flights out of TJX. We do not provide transportation outside the United States at this time.

Airport pickups are handled curbside by default. Your chauffeur will reach out to you via text or call once you land to establish contact and arrange the meeting location. Once you have all your belongings and are ready for the pickup, provide your chauffeur with the airport pickup zone you are located and they will arrive within a few minutes.
If you wish to be greeted inside the terminal, please contact us and request the "Meet and Greet" option when booking your reservation, or select "Inside" for the meeting option when booking online. This is an excellent choice for VIPs, groups with a lot of luggage, or anyone who may want additional assistance getting to the vehicle. Your chauffeur will meet you at baggage claim with a sign with your name on it. There is a flat $20 surcharge for this option to cover airport and parking fees.
We do not have any hidden fees, the full breakdown can be viewed at the time of reservation online. All reservations booked online include a prepaid 20% gratuity to ease any obligation to carry cash on hand. Any additional fees that are not included in the online booking system are only applicable if you contact us requesting a special service, such as meeting inside the terminal for airport arrivals.
Yes, our service includes complimentary WiFi, please speak to your chauffeur and they will help you get connected.
Yes, we can provide child and booster seats upon request. Your child's safety is a top priority.
Please enter the arrival time for your flight when you make your reservation, as well as your flight number. Our chauffeurs will take into account the extra time needed to collect your luggage. If you have oversized luggage that may require extra time or need to go through customs at the airport for pickup, advanced notice is appreciated. We use the latest flight tracking software for SAN, LAX, and other local airports. We do not charge wait fees due to flight delays.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted in any of our vehicles. Alcohol consumption is not permitted if any member of the party is under the age of 21, and is otherwise up to the discretion of the driver, pursuant to local regulations and vehicle type.
We accept all major credit cards - Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover. We can also provide direct billing to corporate accounts to ensure hassle-free service. Cash is accepted as well, please keep in mind we do still require you to submit a valid credit card as part of the booking process.
In order to avoid any cancellation fees, please reach out to us via email at least 72 hours in advance for sedan and SUV trips. Cancellations that occur within 72 hours may be eligible for a reduced cancellation fee at our sole discretion. For trips scheduled less than 72 hours in advance, cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of completing the reservation request, provided that the trip is scheduled at least 12 hours in advance. Any no-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the trip may be charged in full.
For charters that require multiple vehicles, Sprinter vans, or buses, at least 7 days of notice via email is required for cancellation. This policy also applies to any trips that originate outside San Diego County.
